    Accessibility Statement

    Effective Date: July 9, 2026  |  Last Updated: July 9, 2026

    1. Our Commitment

Style Keeper AI Inc. is committed to making our website and application usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project, and we design, build, and review the Service with that obligation in mind.

    2. Standards We Work Toward

Our reference standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we are progressively adopting the additional success criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We use those guidelines as our working measure of the accessibility expectations that apply to us, including:

    • Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to services offered to the public in the United States.
    • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, where the Service is procured or used by a covered entity.
    • EN 301 549 and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), as they apply to consumer e-commerce services offered in the European Union.
    • The Equality Act 2010 and associated guidance in the United Kingdom.

Referencing these frameworks describes the standard we hold ourselves to; it is not a representation that the Service is certified or audited by any authority.

    3. Measures We Take

    • Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks across pages.
    • Keyboard navigation for primary flows (sign in, onboarding, scoring, checkout).
    • Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA guidance.
    • Alternative text on informational images.
    • Responsive layouts that scale to 200% zoom without loss of content.
    • Focus indicators visible on all interactive controls.
    • Form fields paired with programmatic labels and inline error messaging.
    • Accessibility considered as part of design and code review for new features.

    4. Conformance Status & Evaluation

Style Keeper AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. This status is based on our own self-evaluation and has not been verified by an independent third-party audit.

Our self-evaluation combines automated checks run against the Service during development with manual review of keyboard operability on primary flows. We re-review the Service at least annually and after any material redesign, and we update this statement when that review changes our conformance position.

This statement was last reviewed on July 9, 2026.

    5. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of Style Keeper AI relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your device:

    • HTML5
    • WAI-ARIA
    • CSS
    • JavaScript (React)

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used. The Service is intended to work with the current and prior major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile.

    6. Known Limitations & Remediation

Because parts of our product depend on third-party retailer pages and dynamic AI output, some content does not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations, and our current remediation targets, are:

    • Retailer product images without alternative text. Images are retrieved from third-party retailer pages that often omit alt text. We are adding generated descriptive text for these images and review progress each quarter.
    • AI-generated narrative reading order. Dynamically generated fit narrative may not always follow an ideal reading order for screen readers. We are restructuring these outputs into consistently ordered, labeled regions and review progress each quarter.
    • Legacy motion effects. A small number of older animations do not yet honor prefers-reduced-motion. We are auditing and gating all remaining motion effects and review progress each quarter.

Remediation is prioritised by the severity of the barrier and reviewed on a quarterly basis; this statement is updated when our position changes. We welcome reports of any barrier you encounter, including ones not listed here, and treat a report that blocks a core task as our highest priority.

    7. Alternative Access & Accommodations

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing a core task on the Service — creating an account, completing onboarding, running a fit analysis, viewing your results, managing your subscription, or cancelling — contact us and we will provide an equally effective alternative at no additional cost. That may include completing the task with you directly over email, supplying your results in an accessible format, or making account and billing changes on your behalf on your instruction.

You will never be charged more, or receive a lesser standard of service, because you needed an accommodation.

    8. Feedback & Contact

If you experience an accessibility barrier on Style Keeper AI, or you need content made available in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge your message within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing and offer an interim alternative under Section 7.
