DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Overview

Style Keeper AI Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service when notified by the designated copyright agent identified below.

3. DMCA Takedown Notices

If you believe that content on our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.

4. DMCA Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content that the material has been removed. We reserve the right to forward the notice to the alleged infringer.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to federal court jurisdiction in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material after providing a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party, unless that party files a court action within 10 business days.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Style Keeper AI Inc. maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to disable access to our service for any user about whom we have received three or more valid DMCA takedown notices.
