01. Product How does Keeper Score™ work? Keeper Score™ is a composite, explainable prediction that combines weighted signals — by default Fit (45%), Size (20%), Style (15%), Color (10%), and Brand (10%) — and outputs a single numerical score from 0–100, plus a confidence layer and predicted return risk. Weights adapt by input type and, once you've logged a few outcomes, to your own kept/returned history.
02. Billing What are Credits? Credits are the currency for every AI feature on the platform. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance — mix and match any features you want.
03. Privacy What do you do with my body data? We treat body data as highly sensitive. Measurements are encrypted at rest and in transit and are never sold or shared with retailers. You can request deletion at any time in Settings → Account. Deletion from active systems is generally completed within 30 days.
